Indian food catering: green/vegetarian and exotic

A vegetarian friend had Indian food catering at his wedding, and it was a great success: meat eaters felt like they were eating a great exotic feast, rather than feel that something was missing. It also seems to be an affordable option, and good for large crowds. A local restaurant catered.
